mwcgmwcwNeosaimiri (mwdaStirton, 1951)cite-ref-2[2] è un mweqgenere di mwegprimate mwewplatirrino della famiglia dei mwfaCebidi, vissuto in mwfqSud America durante il mwfgMiocene. Attualmente al genere è assegnate una sola specie: mwfwNeosaimiri fieldsi (mwgaTipo nomenclaturale: mandibola UCMP 39205).

I primi resti fossili di questo animale furono scoperti nel mwgg1949 a mwgwLa Venta, in mwhaColombia.cite-ref-stirton51-1-1[1]

In base ai resti fossili (soprattutto ossa postcraniali) si può intuire che l'animale da vivo fosse molto simile, sia come forma che morfologicamente, agli attuali mwigmwiwSaimiri.
